Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team coordination or an administrative role.
• Production environment experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, task prioritization and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to ensure efficient production operations.
• Provide operational support including logistics and resource allocation.
• Monitor safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Lead shift handovers and the 24-hour communication cycle.
