Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Manchester (Trafford Park) is seeking Deput y Team Leaders to join the Pampers manufacturing team. You will develop the technical capability to operate the production line, lead the team in the Team Leader's absence, and ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient results.

The role includes diagnosing issues, supporting maintenance, and coaching colleagues. The position starts with an onboarding period on day-shift support and progresses to an operating team on shift, following

• Evidence of technical mastery in a manufacturing setting.
• High level of hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities
