Job summary

IPS, a leading UK contract packing specialist, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor for our Saint Helens site. You will lead production teams across a rotating 6am–6am schedule, driving performance, safety and quality across co-packing and manufacturing operations.

We value proactive leaders who can motivate diverse teams, optimise processes, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced environment while upholding IPS standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to drive performance and maintain safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Line Leaders and Operatives across shifts.
• Motivate teams to achieve hourly and daily production targets.
• Monitor quality and ensure products meet specifications.
• Maximise production efficiency to meet plans.
• Utilise management systems to run operations smoothly.
• Promote health, safety and quality best practices.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and system updates.
