Job summary

Fremantle UK is seeking a Talent Executive to join our People Team in a hybrid role (3-4 days in the office). You will drive recruitment and engagement of production talent across Fremantle UK, working closely with TalkbackThames and Naked to build talent pipelines and improve visibility of freelance talent.

You’ll shape outreach, partner with industry and education groups, and support the implementation of the new contracting system, eTribez, while developing reporting and insights across

Qualifications

• Significant experience in production recruitment, crewing or talent management.
• Strong understanding of freelance television roles and an established industry network.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production recruitment and crewing across a range of disciplines
• Build and maintain central talent pools and freelance networks
• Identify skills gaps and hard-to-fill roles
• Improve forward visibility of recruitment requirements
• Develop outreach initiatives for emerging and underrepresented talent
• Support the adoption of eTribez and improve talent and workforce reporting
• Share talent insights across Fremantle UK’s production labels
