Job summary

Flex is seeking a practical and motivated Production Support Engineer to support the LVS Mechanical Design Team and Modular products, including Skids and PODs. The role provides production-facing engineering support to resolve design queries and improve manufacturability across Anord Mardix products, contributing to safe, efficient delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams, update drawings and BOMs, manage ECOs and PCNs, assist with CAPA, SOPs, and participate in FAT and testing

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering qualification (HNC/HND, degree or equivalent).
• Experience in mechanical design, production support or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with LV Switchgear, modular power systems or similar engineered-to-order products.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs and production documentation.
• Understanding of change control and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day mechanical engineering support to production for LV Switchgear and Modular products.
• Review and update manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and models.
• Manage ECOs and ensure drawing and BOM updates are implemented.
• Support CAPA activities and Product Change Notices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement.
