Join Our Team as aProduction Support Engineer

Location:Bicester, UK

Holiday:25 Days + Bank Holidays

Working Pattern:4-day week, 10-hour shifts

AtWestcolour Group, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. As a leading name in the print and direct mail industry, our Bicester site operates night and day shifts with a plant list that includes includes six Sitma high-speed wrapping lines—four of which are paper wrap—and two dedicated inkjet mailing line.

To support our continued expansion, we’re looking for aProduction Support Engineerto join our dynamic Engineering team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled engineering role where you’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
• Performing both minor and major repairs
• Conducting predictive and preventative maintenance
• Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
• Supporting production uptime and ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met

You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and wider team, playing a key role in maintaining operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ahighly motivated,technically skilledindividual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You should be confident working independently while also communicating effectively with your team during handovers and updates.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Experience with both reactive and preventative maintenance
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

While experience inPrinting,Direct Mail,Print Finishing, orPackagingis highly desirable, we’re also open to candidates from other industries who bring the right skills and mindset.
