Culina Group Limited in St Helens is recruiting a Supply Chain & Production Planner on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will join the team to deliver weekly production plans, ensuring packaging and raw materials arrive in time to meet production and customer demand.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining production, labour and capacity plans, coordinating across departments and liaising with customers on any issues while maintaining accurate records and driving improvements in

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Experience running/acting on MRP, planning, logistics and production supply.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
• Maximise production runs and minimise changeovers.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks and initiate plans to rectify them.
• Create Labour and Capacity plans.
• Ensure stock levels are managed within agreed limits.
• Review daily/weekly production plan and communicate with production and supply.
• Support Production in the use of Vision where applicable.
• Monitor and order stock via MRP to meet customer requirements.
• Expedite or delay orders as required.
• Coordinate departments for new projects/SKUs launches.
• Communicate with customers about issues and manage expectations.
• Maintain records for procurement and purchasing.
• Perform stock reconciliations and reporting.
• Escalate repeat non-conformance from suppliers.
