The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Site Planner for its Middlesbrough site to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and the broader supply chain, ensuring on-time manufacturing and smooth site workflow.

You will monitor capacity, collaborate with purchasing, forecast perishable materials, and drive improvements through KPI tracking and daily stakeholder discussions. This role follows a 4on-4off shift pattern and offers a £32,000 salary per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Production Planning ideally in chilled food manufacturing.
• FMCG background desirable.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimise production schedules to meet capacity and lead times.
• Create seasonal freeze plans to maintain service levels during peak periods.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to review stock and address fluctuations.
• Forecast perishable and fresh raw materials and manage call-offs for daily items.
• Analyze stock issues to prevent shortages and waste.
• Highlight potential shortages ahead of time and explore options.
• Present KPI results (service level, plan attainment, Christmas) in daily meetings.
• Perform sales vs. forecast analysis and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Update planning systems with new products, recipe changes, or run rates.
