ALLSAINTS Retail Limited is seeking a Production Coordinator based in London. The role oversees critical product paths, tracks deliverables, and ensures timely handover to freight forwarders while supporting design's vision for DTC and wholesale channels.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to optimise quality, efficiency and cost, reporting on performance and contributing to launches and seasonal lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and supply chain with calendar/timeline management.
• Excellent Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot tables) and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product critical paths to support speed to market and wholesale.
• Track tasks, deliverables and issues; report on progress and supplier performance.
• Maintain and update production delivery schedule weekly.
• Prepare vendor performance reports and action plans.
• Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising and Wholesale teams and ensure timely orders.
