Job summary

AllSaints is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to deliver our PLM, wholesale transformation, and enterprise application initiatives. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, partner with stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams with external partners.

The role requires fashion/retail experience, strong governance, and a delivery-focused mindset. We operate in a hybrid model; based in London with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Technology project management experience essential, preferably within fashion or multichannel retail.
• Experience delivering PLM or wholesale transformation projects and modernising legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end fashion product lifecycle, including development, sourcing, merchandising and fulfilment.
• Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple systems, functions and vendors.
• Experience delivering enterprise application implementations and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transformation projects across global retail operations.
• Define plans, timelines, budgets and governance with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change control throughout projects.
• Provide clear reporting and build confidence in delivery to senior leaders.
