V.Group seeks a Production Supervisor for an offshore FPSO facility, based on a shipboard contract. You will oversee deck operations and ensure safe, compliant performance in a challenging offshore environment.

Required are 5 years of offshore supervisory experience, strong ICSS and hydrocarbon processing knowledge, and proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams while enforcing strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience offshore as Production Supervisor or Safety Officer for 5 years.
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing and utility systems.
• Strong ICSS understanding and safety management skills.
• Supervisory experience with PTW, risk assessment, and isolation standards.
• FPSO-specific operations experience is required.
• Proficient in English at CEFR B1 level or higher.
• Medically fit for offshore work as per GEMS guidance.

Additional Requirements

Pre-hire Qualifications and Experience:

• Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) / Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in appropriate engineering subjects and/or N/SVQ Hydrocarbon Processing Operations Level 3 or local equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience offshore as Production Supervisor or Safety Officer, or 5 years’ experience onshore as Production Supervisor or 5 years’ experience as PTWC / CoW Supervisor.
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utility systems.
• Good knowledge of Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS).
• Supervisory experience of Permit to Work, Task Risk Assessment, Process Safety Management, Mechanical / Electrical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.
• FPSO experience.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B1 level according to the CEFR international standard.
• Medically fit according to The Company GEMS Instruction Health Requirements to Work Offshore.
