Job summary

Manpower UK currently recruits for a Production Supervisor to help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on leading from the floor, upholding quality standards, and supporting a team to deliver efficient output.

Ideal candidates have ISO 9001 knowledge, 3 years of supervisory experience, and 2 years in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing with ISO 9001 knowledge.
• 3 years supervisory experience and 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and team-player mindset.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety/compliance expectations.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly environment for efficient manufacture and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Drive day-to-day compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Mentor and motivate team members on equipment usage and assembly procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and coordinate repairs of manufacturing equipment.
• Help implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
