• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Promote safe working practices and appropriate PPE usage.
• Support staff development, training and performance management.
• Assist with workforce planning and shift coordination.
• Report operational issues, incidents and improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and site security to high standards.
• Support business objectives through effective leadership and communication.
