Job summary

Harbro Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Operations team at Birkhill. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering safe, efficient production with top quality standards and strong stock control.

You will report to the General Manager and drive performance, develop people, and uphold Health & Safety compliance while collaborating with Planning, Engineering and QA teams to meet targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Production and Stores teams.
• Deliver production targets and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Housekeeping.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QA, Logistics and Customer Service teams.
• Support business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence.
