Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Production Supervisor. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry. This Production Supervisor position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. This role reports directly to the Production Manager (PM). In the absence of the Production Manager, the Supervisor/s will have delegated functional and disciplinary authority over the operational program and all colleagues within the department.
Role Responsibilities Will Include

Skills And Experience Required
- HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering or aircraft maintenance, or recognized apprenticeship/experience.
- People management experience in an operational, unionized environment.
- Effective communication and performance management skills.
- Understanding of MRO operations and aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., CAA/FAA/EASA).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Proficiency with data platforms (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Shifts & Salary
Rotating weekly shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) or 4 on 4 off. Salary up to £57,252.
