Noble Recruiting are working with a busy manufacturing and production company in Wickford, Essex, who are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time, late shift role with excellent progression opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage the late shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead and supervise a team of operatives, ensuring production schedules are achieved, safety standards are met, and shift handovers run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production operatives on the late shift.
• Allocate workloads and resources to meet production schedules.
• Ensure smooth handovers between day and night shifts.
• Support the Late Shift Manager with staff planning and recruitment.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in the production environment.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide warehouse support when required.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader in manufacturing or production.
