Job summary

M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our site in a three shift pattern (6am - 2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am). You will supervise production on site, ensuring a safe working environment and timely delivery to satisfy customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in manufacturing, ILM Level 3 Management, and knowledge of 5S. You will lead teams, drive improvements, and uphold quality standards across all processes.

Qualifications

• Management experience in the automotive sector (or any other manufacturing sector).
• ILM Level 3 Management.
• Knowledge of 5s.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee a safe working environment
• Ensure all production processes conform to current quality standards
• Manufacture quality parts in time to satisfy customer demand
• Improve production processes and lead improvement teams
• Lead root cause analysis of non-conforming production and implement corrective actions
• Daily organisation Team Leaders and Operators
• Complete performance reviews to improve team performance and flexibility
• Lead team performance via KPI's and OEE to achieve targets
• Out of hours contact with Customers
• Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all
• Health and Safety environmental requirements
