Are you a driven and experienced production leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and results-focused Production Supervisor to lead multiple manufacturing stations within a high-performing operational environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing people, processes, and performance. If you have a background in production or factory management and are passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence – we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2–3 production stations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of operatives.
• Lead production planning activities, ensuring alignment with daily targets and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure effective cross-departmental communication, especially in relation to changes in production plans or quality standards.
• Maintain accurate reporting across KPIs, stock levels, output and resource use.
• Uphold and improve safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards throughout all areas of responsibility.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role (ideally 3+ years), with a track record of team management and performance delivery.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and health & safety compliance.
