A leading company in sustainable construction, Holcim UK, is seeking a Production Manager for their new state-of-the-art cement terminal in Tilbury. This role involves overseeing production operations, leading a team, and embedding operational culture and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills in manufacturing, particularly within the cement industry, and a passion for building exceptional processes from the ground up.

The Opportunity

Ever wanted to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility? We’re offering a rare opportunity to lead production operations at exactly that; our brand new, state-of-the-art cement grinding terminal in the Port of Tilbury.

As the Production Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in a 24/7 operation. Leading a team of Supervisors across a plant that’s been designed to have the latest tech throughout, where you’ll be supplying cementitious materials into construction projects across the South East and beyond.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the production team. Leading not only general production but also supporting the team's growth and development onsite.

This is a chance to make a measurable impact in building out a major operational platform from the ground up. Backed by our global expertise and a clear sustainability mandate, the Tilbury terminal is your opportunity to be part of something game-changing for UK manufacturing.

You’re a proven production leader with experience in the cement industry or heavy processing environments, and you're motivated by the opportunity to help build something exceptional from the ground up.
