Job description

Role: Production Supervisor

Location: Stamford

Salary: DOE

We at Interaction Recruitment are working our prestigious client based in the Stamford area, Cambridgeshire on this exciting opportunity.

They are looking for a Production Supervisor to join the team helping and supporting the production of a variety of lines and reporting to the Production Manager.

This role is a physical position, you will be factory-based working inside and outside all weathers.

You will be supporting the teams to understand their daily tasks, ensuring the products are correctly assembled, manufactured and dispatched.

Assist the Production manager with staff training and upskilling of the team.

Identify any remove and line failures that are not in the clients requirements.

Keep up to date records of the product targets and KPIs, Consult with goods in and out and other teams within the business.

Ensure Health and Safety, PPE and all SOPs are adhered too.

Collaborate with everyone to maintain the tooling and equipment needed to carry out the tasks is in good working order.

If you have worked as a Production Supervisor in the past in a manufacturing environment, if youve worked within Concrete or a Construction this would be an advantage

The hours are Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm
