Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 across 2-3 production lines in a busy manufacturing environment. The role focuses on meeting daily targets and KPIs while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will manage performance, attendance, and holiday cover, and support training and development, with opportunities for progression. Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing is highly desirable, and a pension, sick pay, and life insurance are part of the

Responsibilities

• Supervising up to 15 employees across multiple production lines.
