smol limited in the UK is seeking a Production Supervisor to work with the Production Shift Manager to keep our auto and manual production lines running smoothly, hit targets, and support a happy, healthy team.

Based at our Marden warehouse, Monday to Friday 7am–5pm (45 hours) with 1 hour unpaid breaks; you’ll oversee daily activity, manage stock, ensure QC, and drive productivity while upholding health and safety.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production, manufacturing, or operations environment would be desirable.

We need a Production Supervisor who’s ready to jump in, work closely with our Production Shift Manager and other supervisors to keep our auto and manual production lines running like clockwork. What does the role involve?...

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.

This role will be based at our warehouse in Marden, the shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
