Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Diss is seeking a Production Operative to join our team on a double days shift pattern. You’ll work hands-on in a small team, supporting fast-paced production and delivering quality output.

The successful candidate will follow safety procedures, hit daily targets, and participate in continuous improvements. No prior factory experience is required, but reliability and a proactive attitude are essential.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our team at our Diss site. This role is shift based working a double days pattern: alternating 0600-1400 M-Th, 0600-1130 F then 1400-2200 M-TH, 1130-1700 F. However, flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a small team, making a real impact in a fast‑paced environment.
