You'll be responsible for:

• Driving production output and quality targets
• Managing health & safety (including 6S implementation)
• Controlling costs and improving efficiency
• Developing team skills and performance
• Supporting continuous improvement and new product introduction

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in manufacturing supervision - ideally in machining/CNC/precision
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Lean, TOC, and cost control
• Engineering related qualification (degree preferred)
• Safety/environmental or management certification is a plus
