Job Description:

The key responsibilities and duties of the Production Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
• Support and implement change initiatives with clear communication and staff engagement
• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety, environmental regulations, and compliance with aviation standards
• Foster talent through coaching, training, and performance development
• Use data and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and lean practices
• Act as liaison with support departments to resolve operational issues and enhance performance
• Deputise for the Production Manager as needed

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering or aircraft maintenance; or relevant experience
• Proven leadership in a unionised, operational environment
• Strong understanding of MRO processes or environment
• Knowledge or experience of aviation regulatory compliance (CAA/FAA/EASA) (desirable)
• Experience in performance management, change implementation, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in IT systems (e.g. SAP, MS Office)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
