Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher’s family of life sciences companies, is seeking a manufacturing operative in Braunton, UK. You will manufacture, inspect, test and package products to high safety and quality standards, and support assembly tasks with attention to detail.

The role involves repetitive tasks, shifting patterns, and a commitment to Lean improvement and Kaizen events. You will contribute to meeting production targets, work well in a team, and adapt to 8- or 12-hour shifts in a clean room

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, inspect, test and package products in line with quality, health and safety standards, ensuring all products meet required specifications and cosmetic standards.
• Carry out precise, delicate and repetitive assembly tasks, including fitting tubing and connectors, boxing products, and operating machinery or workstations safely and efficiently.
• Meet production targets, support production priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve processes.

• Prepared to work unsociable shift patterns and able to stand for 8- or 12-hour shifts.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with machine operating or working in a clean room environment
