Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a busy book printing manufacturing site. You will lead and coordinate shift activities, ensuring safety and productivity.

A hands-on leader with machinery background, you will motivate operatives, manage workflow, liaise with other departments, and drive quality targets in a rotating shift pattern. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, with commitment to health & safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience within a machinery or manufacturing environment (printing or similar highly desirable).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams across rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established book printing manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong production and machinery background to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern (Tri-Weekly Rotation)

• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
• Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities
