Eden Scott is delighted to be partnering with Ochil Fudge, to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Production Supervisor within their manufacturing site in Alloa.

Main Duties:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure output, quality, hygiene, and safety targets are consistently met within a fast-paced confectionery facility.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, ensuring effective training, shift planning, and performance management.
• Monitor and manage production KPIs, including waste, efficiency, downtime, and yields, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth production flow and compliance with food safety standards (e.g. Salsa, HACCP).
• Be part of the development of a scalable manufacturing change, using your experience to implement a more efficient output plan.
• Collaborate with the directors to deliver improvements in processes whilst ensuring the artisanal methods the business is famous for, remain.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within food or confectionery manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good understanding of production KPIs and continuous improvement tools (e.g. Lean, 5S, OEE).
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance frameworks (HACCP, GMP, Salsa/BRC).
