Job summary

IPS, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Shift Manager for our Bristol site (06:00-14:00). You will lead production lines, drive planned volumes and commercial targets while ensuring quality assurance and strict safety standards. You will support Line Leaders and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and hands-on problem solving to optimise hourly output and maintain compliance with GMP and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Essential: H&S L2 qualification.
• Essential: NVQ L2 in Team Leading or Packing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage Line Leaders and teams to meet targets.
• Agree a production plan and ensure it is executed.
• Liaise with HR and on-site agency for staffing.
• Use the Blue Logic/Vision system for production control.
• Produce SPI to quality standards and ensure client specs.
• Maximise production efficiency to hit hourly/daily plans.
• Train and develop Line Leaders and production staff.
