PepsiCo UK in Leicester is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead the frontline team during rotating 12-hour day and night shifts. You will act as the single point of leadership on the shift, drive execution, uphold standards, and collaborate with the line structure to continuously improve results.

Candidates should have 3+ years of frontline leadership in FMCG or manufacturing, experience across safety, operations and quality, and a track record of coaching others while maintaining calm
