Job summary

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting an Operations Scheduler to join our client based in Chesterfield. This role focuses on scheduling stock, planning production and coordinating between internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key duties include stock tracking, placing orders, updating production schedules, liaising with suppliers, and inputting daily production data. You will support warehouse and operations to meet customer demand and guarantee timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Keeping track of inventory, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers.
• Completing cycle counts inline with Company procedures.
• Planning and scheduling production for tapered and single ply products.
• Processing orders and liaising with production regarding labour resources.
• Collecting and providing production figures to inform decisions.
• Working closely with Warehouse & Operations to aid on-time deliveries.
• Maintaining a rolling production plan and inputting daily product data.
• Ensuring materials are ordered within supplier lead times to meet production requirements.
