Overview

Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Pay: £29.51 per hour (Umbrella) / £22.31 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Until 27/10/2026 (Likely to be extended)
IR35: Off-payroll working rules apply

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the logistics team at Broughton as a Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler. You will play a key role in supporting the assembly of Aircraft wings and fuel system installation, contributing to the current programme and supporting future growth in the civil aircraft sector.

Responsibilities
  • Support project improvement ideas and implement planning & logistics processes.
  • Deliver all aircraft part commodities to achieve build, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Work as part of a multi-functional team to improve business performance and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Enable financial man hours per set to be achieved and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Build strong interfaces with Procurement and Logistics Service Providers to ensure supplier performance and process adherence.
  • Support deployment of the Operating System and respond to production changes with agility.
Skills & Experience
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills (including macros and data manipulation).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, logical, and methodical approach.
  • Determined, decisive, and a great team player.
  • SAP Planning & Logistics knowledge is preferable.
  • Experience is valued over formal qualifications.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and able to hit the ground running.
