Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervising a team.

• IT skills including email and MS Office tools (Project and PowerPoint).
• Proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous improvement discussions/forums and quality circles to investigate and analyse production issues and drive ongoing improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions to improve the working environment.
• Generate and analyse reports/KPIs, making recommendations on trends and improvements.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Liaise with customers to ensure service commitments and update service teams on issues.
• Contribute to reducing environmental impact, e.g., energy usage.
