Job summary
Michael Page is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive the deployment and governance of a standardised OpEx framework across 11 global sites in Gloucestershire. You will build a maturity model, align priorities with pillar owners, and lead constant improvements with Lean and CI methodologies.
You will coach site teams, embed ownership, and ensure sustainable results through robust governance, change management, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
- Proven Lean/CI programme delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing tools & methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Coaching mindset and capability-building.
Responsibilities
- Lead global rollout and development of OpEx framework across 11 sites.
- Collaborate with site teams and pillar owners to align priorities and delivery plans.
- Drive adoption of OpEx standards, governance, KPIs, and ways of working across sites.
- Lead CI portfolio to deliver measurable business and cost improvements.
- Develop and deliver OpEx and CI roadmaps with site leadership.
- Establish performance tracking, including KPIs and benefits realization.
