Job summary

Adnet Precision in Gloucester is seeking a Production/Quality Engineer to ensure the smooth running of operations and maintain high standards. You will liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and oversee the quality department. The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship and experience in manufacturing.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 33 days holiday, a quarterly team bonus, and a signing bonus of £2000.

To work with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high standards, on time delivery while contributing to the continued success of the company through new expansion plans and its future.

Key As Production/Quality Engineer, you will:

• Ensure smooth running of the shop floor.
• Liaise with staff, customers and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
• Oversee quality department and queries.
• Assist in quality department at busy periods.
• Assist with quality and compliance communications and ensure actions completed where necessary.
• Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Machinery if required.
• Assist with quoting/route cards.
• Assist with Tooling Requirements

Gloucester, Easy access from M5.

Salary

£35,000 – £42,000 per annum depending on experience. For the right candidate we are happy to discuss salary expectations.

39 hour working week (7.30am – 4.00pm Mon-Thurs, 7.30am – 3.00pm Fri) Overtime readily available
