You will liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and oversee the quality department. The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship and experience in manufacturing.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 33 days holiday, a quarterly team bonus, and a signing bonus of £2000.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Sub-con machine shop.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing.
• Willingness to help the team achieve good efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the shop floor.
• Liaise with staff, customers and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
• Oversee quality department and queries.
• Assist in quality department at busy periods.
• Assist with quality and compliance communications.
