  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management and project controls.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with ownership of cost, schedule, quality and delivery.

  • Good understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing operations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside technical teams, customers and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Microsoft Project experience is desirable.

  • Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.

  • Exposure to NEC contracts or similar commercial frameworks is desirable.

  • An engineering degree or relevant qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Siemens Energy and work on specialist subsea technology within a collaborative, engineering-led environment. With an initial 6-month contract and the potential for long-term extensions, this role offers genuine project ownership and the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of technical development projects.
