Pioneer Selection is recruiting for a Process / Production Operative in Brydekirk, Annan. The role focuses on maintaining health & safety, quality standards, and ensuring the production plan runs on time within a team of four.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and Process Operative expertise, plus a willingness to take on various duties. A forklift licence and related planning experience are desirable for progression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of Health & Safety and maintain quality standards.
• Keep the factory running to full capacity and ensure the production plan is on time.
• Perform warehouse duties as required.
