Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Process / Production Operative for a heavy industrial manufacturing site in Brydekirk. You will join a tight-knit team of four and support production, quality, and safety standards while keeping the plant running to schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
• Process Operative experience.
• Strong process and operational knowledge.
• Physically fit with the ability to complete manual handling and manual labour tasks.
• Team Player and Flexible attitude.
• Willing to complete various duties and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety compliance and uphold quality standards.
• Keep the factory running at full capacity and ensure the production plan is on time.
• Carry out warehouse duties as required.
• Work within a small team of four in a heavy industrial environment.
