Avara Foods Ltd in Telford is seeking a Process Leader to manage production staff and processes, ensuring quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will organize staff, develop training programs, and monitor performance through KPIs.
This role offers £14.75 per hour plus an additional £2.00 UNS for night shifts, opportunities for overtime, and benefits such as a subsidised staff canteen and free parking.

Our advanced manufacturing site in Telford, is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 1.7 million birds per week. There are over 1,400 talented people employed at our Telford site, helping us to deliver high quality products to our customers and making the business a trusted leader in fresh foods.
We’ve recently invested £2.3 million in technology and equipment, making it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.
As a Process Leader, you’ll help manage the production processes and production staff in order to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets set by the Company, consistently and cost-effectively.
You’ll be a Key Player in the Production Department, helping drive and manage your production line in order to meet the customer needs to the required quality and safety standards for Avara Foods.
