Job summary

Warburtons is seeking an Integrated Production Planning Scheduler to develop category level production schedules using the integrated planning system. You will manage day 2-11 hourly schedules and day 12-42 daily schedules, ensuring alignment with forecasts and internal capabilities across multiple sites.

The role involves coordinating with site manufacturing contacts, despatch teams, and customer forecasting to optimise order fulfilment, with a focus on effective communication and data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Supply Planning module.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Access database knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and communicate an effective weekly, forecasted manufacturing plan.
• Create a daily schedule plan for use in manufacturing.
• Check and upload the baking schedule into SAP and transfer the production plan to the Primary Control Tower.
• Monitor execution of the plan with management to optimise order fulfilment.
• Maintain clear communications with customer, PCT and operations teams.
