Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Production Engineering with a 2:1 predicted.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Strong project skills demonstrated through academic or work projects.
• Confidence using data and digital tools to analyse performance.
• Interest in AI integration in manufacturing, planning or process improvement.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering or motorsport is desirable but not required.

• Integrate into Production teams and build effective relationships across areas.
• Take ownership of defined projects from scoping to delivery and handover.
• Manage multiple priorities and workstreams, adapting to changing production demands.
