Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a Production Planner to take ownership of short- and medium-term production planning and scheduling, ensuring manufacturing activity is effectively planned and production targets are achieved.

The role involves developing and managing plans across multiple processes, monitoring progress and capacity, and collaborating with Production, Procurement, Materials, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure material availability and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven Production Planning / Production Scheduling experience within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity and production constraints.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable with leadership potential and aspirations to progress.

Responsibilities
