Job summary

Genuit Group’s Nuaire division in Caerphilly is seeking a proactive Production Planner to coordinate daily manufacturing schedules for ventilation products. You’ll work closely with Labour planning, purchasing and production teams to balance demand with capacity, ensuring on-time build and efficient flow.

This onsite role requires strong organisation, problem-solving and communication skills, with a good grasp of MS Office and production systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good command of MS Office and related systems.
• Technical knowledge of ventilation products advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow via capacity planning and lead times.
• Maintain production schedules aligned with customer requirements.
• Review inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
• Integrate BOMs to support material planning.
• Plan production builds to meet demand and avoid stoppages.
• Liaise with Labour planner on line rates and issues.
• Investigate large schedule fluctuations with sales.
• Ensure parts availability and manage deliveries.
• Prepare status and performance reports.
