Job description

Job Title: Production Planner

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to effectively manage and coordinate our production plans across the business. The shift pattern for this role will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule efficient production plans: Coordinate both labour and equipment to optimize production.
2. Collaborate with purchasing and SOP: Ensure all amendments are addressed to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure compliance: Make sure all production schedules meet internal product specifications and technical guidelines.
4. Support factory operations: Provide services to ensure all orders and amendments are processed and communicated correctly to relevant stakeholders.
5. Monitor stock levels: Maintain appropriate stock levels of products as required.
6. Handle queries: Respond to internal and external queries accurately and efficiently.
7. Attend daily meetings: Discuss the next day's plans and labour requirements.
8. Maintain system accuracy: Keep internal systems up to date with accurate information.
