Rhl is seeking a Production Planner for a high-profile programme, on-site at Aldermaston & Burghfield. DV clearance is mandatory; this is an 18-month contract inside IR35.

The role requires SAP expertise and solid ERP/MRP2 knowledge, with duties spanning Rough Cut Capacity Planning, methods of manufacture, MRP maintenance, and Lean Planning to support manufacturing operations.

• Create and maintain Rough Cut Capacity Planning models.
• Develop and detail methods of manufacture in line with tasking, balancing time, cost and quality.
• Keep the local MRP system accurate and up to date.
• Plan and release customer requirements to Manufacturing/Operations within required timescales.
• Produce manufacturing cost estimates and challenge operational times where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes.
• Apply Lean Planning and Production Control tools (visual management, Kanban, push/pull).
• Bring proven experience from an operational, production, and/or supply chain environment.

We're recruiting 10 Production Planners for a high-profile programme, working on-site only across Aldermaston and Burghfield (no remote working). Active DV Clearance is required.
