Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Requirements: Ideally, you will have experience in Operations, Planning, or stock management. The company seeks a driven, organized, and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure both independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading inventory management from reception to delivery
• Creating purchase orders and receiving stock
• Managing stock systems
• Improving stock work processes
• Acting as the main liaison between customers and the production team
• Answering and facilitating customer requests
• Checking goods leaving the building
• Aiding with stock movements and checks
• Providing administrative support for logistics

You should be IT literate (Word and Excel), possess strong organizational skills, have a good telephone manner, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
