Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Leading inventory management from reception to delivery
• Creating purchase orders and receiving stock
• Managing the stock systems
• Improving work processes for stock
• Acting as the main liaison between customers and the production team
• Answering and facilitating customer requests
• Checking goods as they leave the building
• Aiding with stock movements and checks
• Providing administration support for logistics

Requirements:

• Ideally experience in Operations, Planning, or stock management
• IT literate (Word and Excel)
• Strong organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude
