Job summary

Datasource Recruitment is seeking a Production Planner for a well‑established technology and engineering consultancy based in Romsey, Hampshire. The role focuses on materials planning, shop floor coordination and cross‑functional stakeholder communication in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You'll bring at least three years of planning experience, strong MRP knowledge (SAP or IFS) and a keen eye for Lean manufacturing tools to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and a sharp eye for detail are a must — this role keeps the whole production engine running, so you'll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.
