About the Role

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Operations team. This new role involves developing and maintaining an efficient production plan and schedule from scratch, supporting smooth operations, and collaborating closely with design, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with the Operations Director to develop processes managing the supply chain and production of Siltbuster units.
2. Create, manage, and adjust short and long-term production schedules.
3. Coordinate with design, sales, inventory, and workshop teams to optimize production plans and eliminate waste.
4. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to maintain workflow.
5. Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of BOM and products.
6. Track KPIs, analyze data, and report to management.
7. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are integrated into planning and scheduling.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience managing production plans in manufacturing or heavy engineering, with or without ERP systems.
2. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Dynamics 365.
3. Understanding of production planning and subcontract manufacturing processes.
4. Knowledge of project management principles.
5. Experience in water treatment, construction, or environmental engineering sectors is advantageous.
6. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance in production environments.
